I've completed it three times, on my fourth run, and even then I still only pick it up when I feel like it and don't play it in large chunks anymore. Gaming is like chocolate, It gets dull if you eat the same flavor all the time.

Consequtive playthroughs are mostly a lot easier as initial runs. The point I am now cost me maybe 2 hours in NG+, yet getting to the same position in the initial run took me 15+ hours.
