They're PC only titles! They aren't available on any other format.

He also had this to say when asked about specific titles (note these titles were developed in Japan, by Japanese indie developers):

Unfortunately Bansama, our sales team in Japan isn't willing or able to provide customer support for these titles in their market, so we're unable to make them available there.

You're probably not asking for support, but alas, they make the rules for what gets sold in their territory, just as I make the rules for what get sold here.

So chances of getting anything that requires Capcom JP's okay == nigh on zero. They simply don't want to do it.
