It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

Are you using IE? I found another post cause I remembered someone else had trouble checking out. Try Firefox or Chrome and see if it works.

Are you using IE, and is the problem that the scroll down menu is running off the page, and/or where you can't click the proper date? If so, that has happened to me in the past. Somehow, I had set IE to "compatibility view" by accident. To check (at least with IE9 like I have), go to your tool bar at the top, and click on "Tools", then scroll down to see if there is a check mark on "Compatibility View". If so, uncheck it, then all should be fine. If it is some other problem, support will have to help...hope this helps

Edit: by check your "tool" bar at the top, I mean "menu" bar....lists the usual: File Edit View Favorites Tools Help "Tools" is the one you want to click on the access "Compatibility View"

I had a similar issue, it got resolved by trying again...except Paypal in it's infinite wisdom charged me twice! Seriously, that's annoying shit right there. I already contacted GOG, hoping they can help me because Paypal only has contact info for disputing against other companies, not against them. Ugh.

Your Welcome! I think it is sometimes done by inadvertently clicking on the little "broken page" icon on the right side of the title bar, perhaps while trying to "refresh" the page, or using the "auto complete" scroll down button on the address bar. That little broken page thingie is the compatibility button, so clicking it puts the current web page into compatibility mode. Glad you got it sorted out :D
