StingingVelvet: Right. Well offline profile saves aren't encrypted and every GFWL has an offline profile option, so... if that makes you feel better.

Also for a game like Bulletstorm you probably won't be keeping saves anyway.

I finished it tonight... pretty good all the way to the end though I fucking HATE how every game has a cliffhanger ending now-a-days.
We'll need ample, vapid story opportunities for a sequel to be cranked out over the next 6 months. What do you mean expansion pack? This is a sequel!

predcon: I spoke with a GFWL tech support guy, and he directed me to create a new account on Windows 7 (name it "testadmin" for this purpose) and give it Administrator status. After logging into this "testadmin" account, and running the ZDP tool, it connected to the Internet perfectly, which, according to the tech guy, was indicative of a major DNS lookup error in the account I was using previously. He instructed me to perform a DNS flush, the instructions for which can be found here.
i've got same problem as you. i've tried all solutions that you did and also tried to flush dns - NO LUCK! this last trick doesnt work for me so i still have problem with my ZDP...3rd day i can't run Bulletstrom game :(((
