MPerfectDrugJ: Who would have thought that Wash would've made a good *spoilers for Dollhouse* villian? Damn, he was so creepy and evil! Especially at the very end of S1 when he's talking to himself while trying to wipe Echo. I haven't watched any of S2 because I work when it airs. I'm waiting for the DVD release (like I do with all of my shows, Lost, Heroes, Castle, How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, and a few others)
P.S. If you're a fan of Joss Whedon's you should look into another show called Veronica Mars. He liked that show so much that he did a guest appearance. You have to look past the initial impression that it gives to realize how amazing it is (it took my wife like 6 months to convince me to watch it, but the end of S2 convinced me that it is INCREDIBLE!)

Love Veronica Mars too. Seen the 3rd season too? pain they didn't get to make a 4th with her in the FBI.

S3 was really good, but after the amazing masterpiece that was S2, it just didn't compare. Although, that last episode, where she was getting revenge on the people that filmed her and Piz was just....awesome. And the scene where Logan jumped Piz in the radio studio is, like, my favorite fight scene of all time. But that last episode of S2, with Beaver on the roof of the hotel and the exploding plane, I mean DAMN! It just doesn't get any cooler or more intense than that!!! <3 Veronica Mars <3

drmlessgames: I disagree with that. 24 exists solely because of joss whedon. incredible that you haven't seen they're basically written by the same crappy whedon influenced team. I dont know what people see on this guy's shows, but anything whedon just gives me allergies. Maybe its fans are sadistic, i dont know.

Buffy, because Season 6 is probably the most grueling drama I've seen on TV.
Angel get's better in the third season but before that the show was a real drag.

I'm a pretty big Whedon fanboy. That dude is just so boss.
I'll choose Buffy for this. For a brief period, I was saying Angel was the better show, but after rewatching it with a friend, it's just, my god, the fourth season is so bad. There are almost no redeemable features in the entire season, no standout episodes. It's just crap crap crap. An epic/tragic idea handled so badly. Season 5 contains some of the best that either show had to offer, however.
There's nothing even close to being as bad as Angel's fourth season in Buffy, but the seventh is entirely mediocre.
Anyone read the comics? Buffy's have been terrific, and make up for a lot of the blech in the seventh season, but Angel's have been horrible, largely thanks to, or so I like to imagine, IDW being the worst publishing house around.

What's people's favourite Angel/Buffy episode?
Mine's the season 5 finale of Buffy I think. Beautiful and would have made a great conclusion to the series as a a whole.
