LOL. Yeah, this, exactly.

Well, this is a great example why hate towards EA is justifiable.

"It will have improved level design over Dragon Age II. During the Dragon Age presentation at PAX East, the team announced in no uncertain terms that they had heard and understood the feedback about recycled environments from DA2 and would be avoiding a repeat."

Did they actually need player feedback to know they shouldn't do that in the first place? Hell, even Pacman had some variety in level design after a few iterations and they discover that now?

Given the long history of EA ruining game studios, I think anyone can understand someone to dislike and not to support the company. But what takes it to the next level is their practice to feed you shit and expect you to lick their hand clean. If they treat potential customers like mouth breathing morons, is it just a trend that makes said customers hate them?
Not sure if get with good chance of getting disappointed and harbour additional hatred for EA and Bioware or not get and walk merrily in the park, enjoying the air and playing other games.
Stares at the game news headlines.

1. BioWare pissing contest
2. Bayonetta 2 hatred

Ian: oooh ooooh just need to comple DA: 0 - Buy DA 2 and i will be ready - hope they put it back a bit lmao :D

Fenixp: Just for another opinion after Red_Avatar's criticism, I'm really liking the game, you just need to approach it without expectations.
See the problem with approaching it without expectations is that its a sequel. People ARE going to have expectations. Ive said time and time again, had DA2 been a spin off, im quite sure there would not have been so much hate for it. But it was a direct sequel, and a terrible one at that. I wasnt asking for a DA:O clone. But they took it way to far out of left field. At least ME2 attempted to keep some of what made ME, ME. It would be like if they took Diablo and then all of a sudden for D4 they decide to go with D&D like mechanics. Now tell me if the Diablo fans wouldnt throw a complete and utter bitch fit over it.

tajemniczybeton: Is awesome button going to be in game?
I remembered that. It's so annoying with console influence on the PC market altough it's not just console's fault, I blame publisher who still think the majority of gamers are 13 year old boys and in fact the average age is between 25 to 35 depending on the source I've read.

About DA3, I will wait with judgement until I play it myself but the multiplayer part annoys me more than the fact that the game is released after DA2. That might give it another go for a wrong audience for this kind of game but we will see.
No, I'm not hating on it. haha.

Personally, it doesn't do anything for me because I wasn't huge on Bayonetta 1 anyway. I just think people need to understand that this project would have been dead if it weren't for Nintendo stepping in.

Instead, fans bicker like kids and send death threats at the developers because it's not in their platform. Shrugs. Sad losers.

Would love to see Nintendo publish BioWare games though. Wonder if Dragon Age stuff will go to Wii U.
I was massively dissapointed with Dragon Age 2 and some of their recent decisions have been... "interesting", but I'm gonna give them another chance. It's not like everything they did wrong with DA2 is unfixable and now they're at least aware of what people actually want, so I'd say that chances are relatively high that we'll get something close to DA:O.

If i recall correctly Nintendo was the publisher for Eternal Darkness and MGS Twin Snakes on GC. Not that much of a surprise for me. Nintendo is trying to please the hardcore crowd again with the Wii U. And so far they have been successful in my opinion.

Plus, Nintendo published Disaster: Day of Crisis, a bunch of Fatal Frame games on the Wii and 3DS, and the gorefest Legend of Reginleiv.
