Nifty :) I already have Arx from a good while back, but do recommend it for a/cRPG fans.

Haha, I just bought Arx on Friday for $10. Oh well, I've had too many pleasant surprises in my life to complain about missing this one. Thank you GOG people, I'm sure that those who haven't yet bought this gem will appreciate the new price.

i would complain except I got my copy during that buy two get one free promotion so I technically got it at the same price... or a free game, either way

Damn you GOG, I was on the fence about this game at 10 bucks, at 6 buck I have no excuse. Now your going to take more of my money! At least this is a permanent price drop, I can wait to buy it for now; got way too many other games to get through before I buy another one from GOG.

alas, I did but get the steam version recently, but no problem, I'll play it through to fruition and compare the patch that only GOG has, and if it's good I'll see about buying it here too. that'd be Arx Fatalis, 2 copies, for $11.98 in total, but then again I didn't actually buy Arx Fatalis, I traded a CDkey for it. :)

steam is missing a a very important patch on it though.
edit:
also with the steam version, you DO NOT GET the following:
manual (37 pages), artworks, in-game sounds, hi-res wallpapers (2), screensaver, avatars
While these items are given to you for free with the GOG.com version.
