Didn't take offense personally, but it's cool that you're stepping up and apologizing to those you might have offended.

I'm amazed at this post. Only on a community such as this do you see both an apology such as this and a "meh you seem cool so no harm" general vibe. I too never saw anything that gave offense but really appreciate the sentiment! Methinks you'll do well here :)

I don't want to dwell on the past too much, but having read some of the truly disrespectful, mean spirited and acrimonious posts you've put up here, I'm both surprised and glad that you're making the effort to constructively reach out to the rest of the GOG community, and own up to that. I don't know you personally, but I want to believe that you're sincere and that you really mean what you say with this post. Thank you.

But, yeah, you've said some rather questionable things recently, but I don't see the point in closing off all paths of reconciliation to you. Luckily, it looks like everyone else here feels the same way. Welcome back :D

I don't think anyone is necessarily offended by your opinions from what I've seen, you just need to be a bit more careful or tactful about how you you do it.

Like, I doubt that people don't mind too much getting into heated arguments with opinionated people from time to time, but if someone pops in with nothing more than a SHITSUX type comment and no intention beyond being disruptive then it's going to piss people off and get downrepped.

Anyway +1, even though I don't particularly feel you need to apologize for anything.

Um, not exactly sure what you're apologizing for - seen a few posts and they didn't seem all that bad except maybe a bit, dunno, opinionated but hey, join the crowd ;-p I certainly have some of those too ;-)
