All my dreams end the moment before I or anyone else dies...so I guess I kinda dream of murder....

I often have zombie dreams. I have had some dreams where I killed some people.
I was in the jungle. I think I was a mercenary or something. All of a sudden these natives charged out of the jungle. I fired all my ammo into the crowd, then tried to draw my machete as one tackled me. That dude hit me in the thigh, which frikin hurt. I drew my machete and stabbed him clean through the neck, but he kept hitting. I grabbed the machete and pulled, ripping his head clean off. I don't remember anymore of the dream.

A few nights back I dreamed a gang of kids tried to rob my house, so as revenge I tracked down their leader, bashed him across the face with a bicycle a couple of times (yes, a bicycle does make a wonderful blunt trauma weapon), tied him to one of those airport luggage trolleys and stuck the trolley on a freight train that seemed to be going into some frozen wasteland. It was assumed that he didn't make it.

That was a fucking awesome dream...

Does anyone ever die in their dreams? One dream I had I killed myself by derailing a subway which then cuased me to fly forward and snap my neck on a pole. Being a ghost was pretty sweet. Other than that, I can get shot and whatnot but I never die.

I'm pretty sure I've killed plenty of people over the years but never murdered someone. Never hanged someone.

I wouldn't have paid much attention to my first dream if I were still on my Fallout kick, but I've been playing alot of Sierra adventure games...shouldn't I be dreaming of wacky puzzles? Plus, I've never outright murdered someone in a dream before.

Anyone ever have dreams of getting in fist-fights, but not being able to move normally? I've had that one alot of times...lots of resistance against my arms & legs, like trying to swing them in a swimming pool. Those dreams, I'm pretty sure, are a reflection of my feeling physically inferior to others my whole life...I'm not the guy who needs a fire department to knock down my wall & hoist me out of bed, but I've never been an athlete either.

ooh, i had a wonderful dream a few days ago, i was somewhere in my town, and it was really REALLY windy, and i was walking around some buildings, trying not to lose my foothold, when i get swooped up and into the air by the wind and i just remember that feeling being fantastic. I think i might have been able to control, or at least tried to control my flight path, and there was this slight feeling of unease about how i would land, but not fear, like i knew i wouldn't die from the fall. That was really sweet, i think i've had dreams about being caught by the wind before

Never had dreams where I killed anyone. I've had several where I had sex with my younger sister (ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING!!!) And I had one where my other younger sister was murdered, and I was tracking down the killer when I woke up.

I've had several dreams where I could fly...absolutely the best EVER!!!

Kudos! Although I have to clarify, I'm kudo'ing your courage for admitting that dream, not the incestuous act itself.

My flying dreams are similar to my fight dreams. Its more like the sensation of bouncing through a pool, that kind of buoyancy, but in a terrestrial environment. I've probably never dreamed a Superman-style of flying because I suffer from vertigo when I'm up high (in real-life).

I always get quite anxious in a dream if I'm in free fall. My body definitely reacts to it and I usually either wake up or the dream ends soon after and I'm half asleep and slightly conscious.

oh yeah i've had that often, but this was different because instead of suddenly finding myself in freefall and getting frightened i was more focused on going upwards and wondering where i'd end up, really sweet sensation :D

oh, and in reply to the OP, i remember dreaming i was in the STALKER world, and also in SW: The Old Republic, and there was lots of action, and probably shooting stuff and people, but nothing with a sinister feel like planned murder.
I did have a dream a few days ago were i woke up and felt really awkward and lousy the whole day, but i can't remember if i killed anyone. Should have written it down like i thought about when i woke up :/

I've had a recurring dream where I am Death himself. I morph into specific objects/people; a log on the side of the road, a beautiful girl with STDs, a crazy DJ, a prisoner, an air force pilot, a toxic nerve gas, etc. When I finish, I categorize the death in a neat little black notebook and teleport to the next person on my list.

Most of the time, the set-up is quick and only lasts for 5-10 minutes; other times, I took years to develop it. For example, I once played the role of a beautiful supermodel named Mina. I had photos taken on nearly every continent, and had several lovers. I played the role for ten years until a younger, more beautiful model came into prominence and stole my lime-light. I recognized that this was my target, so I lured her onto my yacht and stabbed her to death with a pencil. I checked off her name and moved to my next target.

My weirdest death was when an old lady impaled me on a set of testicles and then tore my head off and ate it.

Yep, even though I usually preferred to dream about giant dinosaurs hunting me, zombie apocalypses and this kind of things (no joking here, of course)....

I've had tons of dreams where i kill people or things.
Two weeks ago I dreamed I was being hunted by werewolves so I had to kill them first.
It was a beautiful gore fest.
And of course there are the zombie apocalypses and such..
Probably because we watch and read so much aggressive material.. also zombies are everywhere.
It doesn't mean anything, I'm not a homicidal maniac in real life for example.
It's better to have messed up dreams than to do messed up things..
