Nasi Goreng Babat (Tripe Fried Rice) is my favorite dish. It's local, unique to where I live. I can't cook so this is not my own recipe.

This may not look like those made by chefs, but I'd kill for this.

It's spicy hot and also sweet. Can kill you but nicely. :)
