Letting GOG staff know that the preorder dlc and bonus items such as the soundtrack, artbook, Cleria Armor, Pikkard aficionado pack, etc. have been removed from libraries. We paid $130 bucks for that and would like to have it fixed ASAP. It was there yesterday. Thanks for looking into it.

Thanks. Yes, I've submitted tickets. Just trying to be proactive. This way, everyone sees it, and they (GOG) will perhaps make it a priority. ;-)

Oh, thanks for the warning. I almost missed it as it did not show up on updates it seems. Recently GOG was screwing up with a couple of updates, sadly.

It is not the first time a NIS game got such a issue with "all of a sudden" disappearing DLCs, usually the ones from the launch. Not nice to see, it is happening once again... for whatever reason. It appears the server, all of a sudden, is "removing" the "launch-tag" on those accounts.

Not sure how fast this issue will become solved... but all a customer can do is handing out a ticket.

I do not know what they did but the installer at least is totally screwed up. Not even a "tagging" issue, so much stuff has been gone missing.

Let me show you what i mean:

https://ibb.co/RgL1Z6M

Decreased quality on attachment because the forum is not capable to deal with PNG.

The only possibly working solution for now is to use the patch, yet not sure it will work for all the DLCs involved.

If unsure, simply leave the game at the old version for now. The fixes are not critical and most users may not experience those issues.

Same here, sent a ticket
Same problem. But i noticed the launch week DLCs are also missing from Ys IX: Monstrum Nox.

Opened a ticket reporting both incidents. Now we wait...

I can confirmed this happened to me with Reverie last year and Ys X very recently

Contact support, both cases were fixed.

Oh FFS. They had the same issue with Trails Into Reverie Launch Week bonuses.

I lost everything too. See attachments.
(Yes, I did make a screenshot of my library as insurance, after Reverie).

This is completely unacceptable. We paid major cash for these games. They were not some bargain bin discount title or giveway. There completely goes the notion that GOG never removes items from libraries. This place is getting worse by the day. Be nice if they would give us something for all the BS and hassle. Happened with Reverie, Daybreak, Ys X, also with Cold Steel IV trying to get our DLC for owning Cold Steel 3.

To be the devil's advocate for a moment, it is unintentional, but the fact that this happens again and again and again is quite worrying.

We'll do what we always do. Breathe, repeat DRM-free to ourselves multiple times, get it fixed, then deal with it again at some point. Same old song and dance. We're conditioned to it after all, telling ourselves it's ok. lol

True is clear that is unintentional, I did mention to support that for me was the second time this has happened and is clearly unacceptable and that the need to fix it because some people may notice it very late and get frustrated and never contact support, hopefully this new situation with many people with the issue makes them fix it more permanently.
Oh no, not again... I'm so tired of all the BS with NISA anti-consumer practice with their launch bonuses, and even when you pay the insane amount they ask from you, they manage to screw you once more by deleting the content you paid for from your account. Can't someone save Nihon Falcom games from this sh***y company?

... guess I'll have to join the gang and write to support too...
LOL, not this shit again. Is there really not a more elegant method than "standardizing" the version and then sending each affected person the missing DLCs?

I mean this is more on GOG. No one on Steam is having such issues. We've had plenty of cases with pre-order bonuses and season pass DLCs of other games not unlocking by other publishers on GOG too.

Also GOG are already aware. They said they'll fix it in the morning.

That being said, if the rumours are true, the Sky remake games may be published by XSEED again, not NISA.
