SargonAelther: I mean this is more on GOG. No one on Steam is having such issues. We've had plenty of cases with pre-order bonuses and season pass DLCs of other games not unlocking by other publishers on GOG too.
While you're technically correct, I'm pretty sure there would be less issues if NISA was not using the anti-consumer practice of launch exclusive bonuses. As far as I'm concerned, I've only had issue with their games and the only difference with others games I've purchased is this disgusting practice. So... no matter who's responsible, I hate that Nihon Falcom games are published by a publisher I despise.

SargonAelther: That being said, if the rumours are true, the Sky remake games may be published by XSEED again, not NISA.
Can't say I'm hyped for the Sky remake; I mean the originals are perfectly fine the way they are. I'd much prefer they finish the Trails story instead of making remakes, like Toshihiro Kondo originally said they will. Last time I checked, they were 70% done, and I'd like them to finish it before both they and I die :-D (I'll still purchase the remakes of course, like a true Nihon Falcom fan lol)

I'm much more hyped for Tokyo Xanadu Next, I loved the first one; So I can't wait for the follow up, it's been so long :-)
It's fixed. Thanks, GOG staff. Appreciate it.

Hikage_XjS: Same problem. But i noticed the launch week DLCs are also missing from Ys IX: Monstrum Nox.

Opened a ticket reporting both incidents. Now we wait...
What DLCs?

I noticed on Reverie, all the Extra content is still missing... the Extras tab is simply completely gone.

There are some other "screw ups" but it gets to troublesome tracking it all down and i am not getting paid for.

While disappearing launch week content seems to be primarily happening with NISA games, things like Pre-order / Season Pass DLCs not appearing in the first place happens quite often with other publishers, like Microids, THQ Nordic or 505 Games. It's all GOG.

Well we'll always have the originals, but it would be nice to explore Liberl in full 3D. So far it looks incredibly faithful. The biggest change, of all things, is the wall-mounted phone model LOL. It should also help end the "Where to start" debates.

Fixed for everyone affected, or only those who have contacted support?

I have no idea how to check if I am affected, ie. what games have these issue, which items might be missing etc. I have no idea what e.g. YS IX should have, and do I have everything (see the attached picture).

I didn't contact support and it's fixed for me too. So it's safe to assume it's fixed for everyone.
Fixed for me as well. Still missing the Ys IX launch week DLC tho.

Those would be Monstrum Memoirs (aka mini art book) and Melodies of the Macabre (aka mini OST)

Grargar: LOL, not this shit again. Is there really not a more elegant method than "standardizing" the version and then sending each affected person the missing DLCs?
Sigh...
