Want to show off your BD collection to the GOG community? Here's the place! Of course I'm talking about movies and series, not console games, application software or other stuff. Photos, reviews and discussions about editions, versions and quality are also very welcome. I'll try to contribute some from time to time.

Ive got a couple, but really refused to buy them. I have a 1000 DVDs and even though I mainly spent less than $5 a piece for them, I completely regret it. Everything is going digital and half my DVDs have scratches on them (My bad I was young with money at the time). Too bad cuz I miss collecting them, but money is money.
I have all my stuff on dvd but I might move to Bluray very soon for some of my anime cause I got the player on my pc and one in the living room but have no movies to take advantage of the 4k upscale nor the 1080p, Just upscaled dvd to hd

first set I want to get is the bourne series <3 and move to t1 and t2 on bluray :D
Does a single copy of "Pirates of Treasure Island" qualify as a collection?

Good. Now I just have to get a Blu-Ray player and my collection will finally have a use.

Interesting topic, as I have bought into bluray myself.

I would be most grateful to hear about users views on older conversions to bluray.

I have only about half a dozen blurays and while I can recommend Apocalypse Now, I should absolutely warn you now that Taxi-Driver on Bluray is terribly done compared to VHS.

Interestingly enough, I recently bought Predator, and whilst all purists say avoid, I was reasonably impressed- with one exception- the scene with Dillon at the start is laughable tampering.

Btw, bearing in mind that I am based in the UK (so UK only), any bluray enthusiast that wishes to witness Taxi-drivers bluray version, PM me your address and the original disc is yours. All I ask is your opinion on the release once you have watched it.
I'm not gonna list all the BRs I have now but let me mention some of the films I got first:

Blood Diamond
The Departed
Silent Hill
Léon - The Professional
