^ banned because a liquid which is close to minus 234 degrees Fahrenheit hardly qualifies as a "surface"
Banned because it does if it's a liquid, because all liquids have surface tension.
Banned for setting the matter straight.
^ banned, because the matter is not set straight, as astronomers and physicists have designated that Jupiter does not have what is considered to be a surface, if you also have a Ph.D. please feel free to argue the point further
^Banned for being and educated and toughtful nerd
Banned for banning the only person who defends my point of view.
Banned for being needy.
^ Banned for kneading
Banned because the experts should make up their minds; either there's an ocean created by the extreme gravity or there's "no surface". You can't have both and by the grace of all that pressure, Jupiter's ocean is most certainly not cold.

Banned because if there is all that pressure and the temperature is therefore high, then wouldn't that mean that the ocean is boiling and that therefore the surface tension is non-existent?
Banned for not understanding the physics of other planets; Jupiter's hydrogen is too crushed to boil, there's no room for bubbles. And deep enough into it, we'd find something like solid helium anyway.

Banned for not allowing for sufficient room for bubbles.
Banned for blowing bubbles without a parent's advisory.
Banned because we're all in a bubble and we're about to crash.
