I doubt they'll get any Tony Hawk games due to its licensing.

Activision owns the licenses to all of the Tony Hawk games, AFAIK. They even acquired Neversoft, who was the studio responsible for the earlier games. So I see no reason why the licensing would be a problem.

The music licenses for all the tracks in the game.
Those soundtracks were pretty awesome.

Not to mention the licensing of the "Tony Hawk" name. Just like with games based on movies or TV shows, the "ownership" of the license the game is based on is not owned by Activision. That's why we'll probably never see things like the Star Trek games here, either.
Don't we get a game today?

The new games aren't always announced at noon CET (= GMT+1).
Expect 1 or more announcement within 2 hours.
Patience is a virtue.
Nevertheless I'm always curious to see what we get.
I gotta go now but it seems we'll have to wait for next Tuesday. Month of Activision turns out to be not much else than normal.

Hooray I just started a thread full of awesome in GOG :D
Gotta admit, I can somewhat understand the impatience. ;) Not that I'd complain. It's just that I'm waiting to buy Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption and, if it shows up, Gabriel Knight 2 (or other Sierra adventure games). Waiting to see what the release is if there is one due to not wanting to pay two currency conversion charges. ;) Plus, I'm waiting to start writing about them so I can earn a bit.
We know we're cruel, but those tortures will end soon *wink *wink
I'm hoping it's gonna be Gabriel Knight 2. Finished the first one last week and I never played the second one in English (the German localization completely KILLS the feeling of being an American in Germany and ruins a few moments that (I guess) must be pretty funny in English)
Cruel you are indeed! But I'm guessing my wait is justified then before ordering Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption. ;) Assuming those winks are hinting that a Sierra adventure game (or more are coming).
Already own the King's Quest and Space Quest series on Steam though.
Edit: And yeah Lafazar, I also finished the first Gabriel Knight game earlier in the week. Hoping it's that or some other Sierra adventure games I haven't played such as Phantasmagoria.
