Dessimu: Quick unrelated question: I completed the survey (there were 2 people who voted at the time); tab was closed, now I want to see progress - when I open survey again, I get message "You have already taken the survey" and can't see results. Do i have to register to see them or can you update it here from time to time?
Ah, you probably got in before I edited the survey to provide instant results. I didn't realise that was off by default. It's on now, but early respondents likely missed it.

At the moment the tally stands thus:

GOGer - 7
GOGlin - 3
GOGlodyte - 5
GOGnard - 3
Other - 3

I still don't know what term I like, but as a 'nard I do like GOGnard. :p

Also the staff should be the OliGOGy.

IAmSinistar: Given the GOG staff's recent switch to "GOGlin" as the apparent preferred nomenclature for GOG community members, the argument has been rekindled for what to call ourselves. These are the leading contenders:

GOGer (self-explanatory)
GOGlin (GOG + goblin)
GOGlodyte (GOG + troglodye)
GOGnard (GOG + grognard)

I have set up <span class="bold">an online survey</span> where you can vote for your preferred choice, or suggest new ones like "GOGbears", "Good Old Gamers", or "Sad Wankers". ;)

So let's do what the internet does so well and argue this without resolution!
Cheers for this. :) I got a little unnecessarily pissy at the use of GOGlin by the staff. :P

I actually prefer GOGger, so I'll write that one in.

Azrael360: I always prefered the word "GOGer". It's simple and obvious, and for me, it feels right to say it :)
Same, I prefer this. (one or two g's, doesn't matter) They can keep calling us Goglin's in the office if they want but I think it's meh.

Probably a stupid question, but how do we see the instant results? I tried to see them via the survey link and it again showed the page that said I already voted. I deleted cookies just in case it was stuck because of them and now it shows me the option to vote again. Maybe there's somewhere a separate button for seeing the results without voting that I missed?
