I struggled to earn more time for myself and my schemes. Seems like this spring too will pass over me leaving me unscathed. Still, i am running out of time, fast...

Wasn't able to get chemo today for the cat since his white blood cell count is a bit too low - they said it's likely from the switch to a different chemo drug at his previous treatment 3 weeks back - but his weight has stabilized. So that's a good thing, considering he's lost quite a bit in the last few months.

Oscar is mostly on a 'people food' diet now: ham, cheese, and peas, and he's loving the carnitas I made Tuesday evening. Going to try carrots out this weekend. For some reason he's turned up his nose to canned cat food but will still eat some of the dry stuff.

My brother got me a couple of bacon cheeseburgers. :)

No offense to cats because I adore cats but when I was going through chemo and my white blood cell count was too low I never got out of treatment! Shit, they gave me some horse pills and told me not to do anything too fatiguing, like stand up, talk, or take deep breaths.

Clearly I was expandable and felines aren't.

Of course now that I think about it I can't really argue the logic of it. I mean, cats are smart and cute and coordinated and.....who am I kidding? The cat wins every time!

Stumbling upon this video on youtube made me happy today.

i have been Reading the shining, and finally the Winter is coming to the hotel overlook, Jack is getting a Little irritated by his wife. i saw the movie but the book is much better.

is it today already!, good god I did it again, Installed Dungeon siege 1, and played a full 20 hours in one session. I'm happy because I didn't die from a blood clot.
