Vanishing Point. It's crap - I have it for my PS1, and it feels like you're driving an articulated lorry regardless of what you drive.

Graphics look peppier than the PS1 version though. What is that, PS2?

You can just barely spot the caveman in that picture, so my guess would be that this is in fact Cavemania, for the ZX spectrum (I did use google for that, but finding a specific caveman themed ZX-spectrum game turned out to be relatively easy)
