It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I agree the drop down menu is clunky and obscures the home page in galaxy, also it takes a long time to load all my games, thats why I only use it to auto update and to install games then exit out. If your galaxy install is not working then try reinstalling it, and while you do that shoot a ticket to customer service so they can work with you on it. I've found that they respond pretty quickly to my tickets, ~1-2 days if not on a weekend.

Once you get galaxy working then its pretty great as far as auto updating games and quick installs which is all I need it for.

anothername: Tried another browser? Something more regular like Firefox or IE? I use PaleMoon (Firefox based browser) and everything is fine.
More regular than Chrome?? Every recent metric I've seen shows Chrome as the most popular browser.

Kardwill: Err, apart from your speech about W7, did the attachments from hunch's message help you out? Because you sound like you're more interested in ranting rather than in getting answers :/
Yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking...

Have you tried accessing the site through a different browser, codestar7? Moreover, have you tried not using Galaxy? :) (In case it wasn't clear, BTW, those pics in my post above apply only to your library as accessed via a web browser; in Galaxy, it works a little differently.)

I would not place too much faith in such stuff. The holy metrics gets bent and twisted to hell and back till the right result can be shown to the right people (usually execs so they don't fire someone).

Besides; its still the "kid" around regardless of popularity or not. Means programmers are more accustomed to the "dinosaurs" like IE or FF.
