Played only a little of the new Spelunky just now, and I'm really enjoying it. Looking forward to many stupid deaths. ;)

I've also been playing a bit more of Zafehouse again. After the first few games of being mauled to death in short order, I finally made myself be patient and investigate places before recklessly breaching them. I also figured out that patrolling and attacking zombies outside a building while throwing up barricades makes for a good combo... if you have the weapons. I'm having a really good run in my current game. Yup, I'm having a good time with it.

Daedalus1138: Deus Ex. This is one of the few games that every time I play it, I thoroughly enjoy it. I think that's mostly because all the things that could be considered "bad" about the game don't bother me at all (the voice acting, for example; apparently, it is widely considered to be almost cringe-worthy, while I don't think it is that bad at all).
I would agree that the voice acting is considerably bad, especially for the more major characters... however, this doesn't prevent it from being one of my all time favorite games.

I'm playing a little ROTT, Neverwinters Nights (slowly moving through the original campaign), and am struggling over what game I want to start next after just finishing LA Noire. I'm thinking either the new Alice game or perhaps a replay of the Uncharted series since I don't think I finished the 2nd one and the 3rd one is a PSN+ freebie.
Am currently playing "papers, please" with real people

AND IT IS NOT FUN

Just had to call a guy to tell him "denied", i fucking have a fucking ball in my throat and arrrrrrrgh they expect me to toughen up and i WON'T. EVER.

sorry, this wasn't the bitching-about-life thread ?

(brb: i'll go play postal 2 with real people)

Skyrim - Dawnguard as a vampire

and Armageddon's Blade - the final campaign, at last!
Just picked up Pikmin 3 for the Wii U and Tales of Xillia for the PS3.

That's me taken care of gamewise for a few months now.
Just started Ys Origin.
Just finished GTA: Vice City. It wasn't obvious to me how to continue the story, but I just needed to finish enough optional missions you get from buying apartments and stuff, then it allowed me to get the last two story missions.

It surprised me a bit how easy and meh the last two missions were. I finished both with first try, and the last mission: I just stand in one place shooting anyone running towards me, and suddenly the game is over?

Overall the game felt shorter and easier than GTA3. I recall sometimes even navigating in GTA3 was quite hard, but the city layout in Vice City was much simpler and easier, all the way to the end.

I hope I get Baldur's Gate finished soon as well, then to something completely different.

Sunk half a day in Warship Gunner 2, a PS2 classic on PSN.
Main character's unit started the campaign on a measly destroyer, but a dozen or so missions later they've managed to replace the DD by a cruiser, and have a spare sub for covert ops, and a battleship. Every cannon on decks manually placed, every ship put together from components of European, American and Japanese origin, the R&D unit eats all my cash designing brand new engines and gun turrets with more and more barrels. And I'm not even in the lasers and guided missiles tech yet.
Right now I'm between Settlers III and IV... Tomorrow, as it's sunday, I'll be playing some Payday 2 and/or Monaco.

...also, some BeamNG now and then.
The Last of Us is consuming me at the moment. Currently starting the Survivor+ playthrough, which will be my 3rd.
Fallout 2
Mortal Kombat: Komplete Edition (PC) [aka MK9]
Just finished playing the Penumbra Collection. It was pretty awesome. Maybe I'll play Amnesia over again.
I actually have a few games going right now. I'm still playing Baldur's Gate 2, and enjoying it - just doing the Watcher's Keep but I've had to stop for now as I'm at a part where I get destroyed. Going to do some more of the main quest and go back to it later.

Also playing Ys Origin. I'm playing on hard difficulty as I heard the game is best played that way, and I'm having a blast. Feels really well tuned, in the boss battles if I make a major mistake I'm toast but it feels really epic beating them. I had one crash at the very end of a boss fight which was a bit rage inducing, but the game detected the crash when I played last and threw me back into the right room at least, even if I did have to start the boss from scratch. Enjoying it a lot more than I expected.
