And yeah I really like how Deus Ex rewards exploration. Just my kind of game, taking my time to check every nook and cranny.

I couldn't agree more, doing exactly the same!

[SPOILER ALERT]
And as for saving brother - I didn't know it is possible when I was at that point, but I'm quite surprised that the trick with closet does not work in your case. There are a few fights where one side is (or seems to be) practically invincible, so when I've found that walkthrough hint I was quite sure it's possible. Perhaps someone knows the answer what is the reason it does not work.
Have not posted in awhile so here goes, over the last 2-3 months this is what I have been playing:

- They Are Billions
- Sea Of Thieves
- Divinity Original Sin 2
- Vermintide 2
- Kingdom Come Deliverance
- Icewind Dale 2 Complete (gog)

Going to try out Far Cry 5 on the weekend probably and I really want to do another playthrough of Neverwinter Nights 2
on gog (I just love Mask Of The Betrayer, I have to play it every few years hehe).

Seeing the posts about Age of Empire 3 made me want to reinstall that haha, I still have the discs somewhere.

Yup, my favorite aspect of those games :)

In Wizardry Empire 1, finally my level 40 adventures have beaten the final boss.yay!
I need using the special magic spell to max ACs of all members for 1 level down of the caster.
After that, the boss fighting was just a cake walk.
But still I have a post ending dungeon.
I've recently beaten both Nantucket and Night of the Rabbit, so I'm currently bouncing back and forth between Elite Dangerous and X-wing. The Y-wing's Pilot Proving Grounds is proving to be a bit tricky because of how slow the Y-wing is.
I'm having a blast with Dragon Age: Origins. Again.

It holds up really well.
I finished my playthrough of Dex yesterday. Not bad, but not particularly great either. The whole terminal hacking thing was beyond tedious. I also didn't realize I could fast-travel via the map until close to the end. Doh! Anyway, it was good for passing the time.

I also just completed the campaign of the gimmicky Superhot that I got free from Twitch. It was... okay and weird. I don't think I'll be bothering much with the challenges. *shrug*

Mafia

I just completed the 'steal the race car and get it back in 30 minutes' on my first try. That damn mission took me a whole day the first time I played it.
Alan Wake
Mostly Starcraft 2 and Final Fantasy VI.
Just finished Curse of Monkey Island.
Just as good as i remembered it.

After that i tried to continue playing Throne of Darkness, but i ended up uninstalling it.
The micromanagement just infuriated me, especially with the boring skills and gear.
Oh god damn it. Enjoying Deus Ex with the GMDX mod, but now it crashes constantly at one point in the big ship (Naval Shipyards), pretty late in the game. I can't get past that point.

I will try to update GMDX from 9.0.2 to 9.0.3, and I already tried disabling autosaves if they are causing the crash...

first time?

What do you think?
Terraria
Having sunk "over two hundred hours"* into it I mostly tend to play it whilst listening to podcasts. I usually create new worlds and plunder them for their art objects. I'm an interdimensional art thief. :)

* I don't care to share how much time I've actually spend with that game, so I always say "over two hundred hours" which tells people what they have to know. ;)

I am admittedly terrible at online competitive games so I've strictly been playing the campaign. I've found it pretty enjoyable and its free so I can't complain. The non-linearity of the mission order and upgrading technologies/units between missions is interesting too. But I don't remember the original being this slow to introduce new units (maybe I'm wrong) and there seems to be a lot fewer hero units.
