Only one entry per post please. It would be helpful to list the director and year of release. For the purposes of this thread, films from 2000 are eligible.

My first pick was released in two volumes, but was meant to be a single film:

Kill Bill (Quentin Tarantino, 2004)

Incredible soundtrack too by Hans Zimmer and Lisa Gerrard. I used it to study for my final school exams.
