Well, after this disgusting spoiler here by the user sambo12345 (may he be engulfed in flames and suffer tremendous agony), I left the thread and watched the movie yesterday since I wasn't inside of a cinema for years anyway.
Since I didn't expect much, I was actually rather positively surprised.
Unlike Episode 1-3, this one is actually a Star Wars movie and not bad.
It's not a good movie by a long shot and still hollywood, but they made it enjoyable enough and the nice but not too silly humour did do a lot of good.
The price was too high for the experience though.
I was happy to be able to see a 2D version of it, but the quality was terrible. The (big and major) theatre didn't seem to check the lense between movies, for it was extremely blurry for a current movie.
The tickets for two people did cost 18,40€, another 1,60€ for a short range tram ticket for my company while I took the bike. Makes 20€ without any food or drinks.
Today, I've seen Interstellar at my home via blu-ray, beamer and Teufel 5.1 sound system with the same person and it was awesome. Now THIS is a science-fiction movie while most others that claim to be are just action movies. I won't talk about specifics since nothing from this movie should be spoiled ever.
I got the Blu-Ray disc for 5€ (in a bundle which was 20€ for four BDs of my own choosing), we cooked a nice meal to go with it made from edamames, spiced and smoked tofu and rice and spent about 8,20€ for a great movie and a meal for two persons. We both agreed, that the picture quality in my home cinema was way better, we were able to choose language and subtitles (went with English audio and English subtitles here as most of the time with English movies) and it was overall more comfortable.
In conclusion:
I'd actually recommend the new Star Wars movie to fans of the old trilogy and will watch the next movies one way or the other (maybe via rented BluRay disc). Needless to say, that I's recommend it to fans of action movies too, but that goes for about anything coming from hollywood, since they mostly cater to those while I'm happy for every second without "action".
To every sci-fi fan I highly recommend Interstellar instead, watch it, it's awesome!
