I was able to log into my main account at least two days ago. Now, with my new PC trying to download my games from GOG, it says Incorrect Password. And, when I try to reset the password, it says User Not Found.

I'm positive I'm using my correct account, I already filled a ticket, but I'm really distressed seeing how much the support team is taking to answer the tickets and seeing how there are others in the forum in my position. Has anyone found a solution for this? Anyone who's been trhough the same situation can give me an estimated time on how long it took for the support team to fix this problem?

The two games that I wanted to play more than anything are there, and though I know you can play and download things offline, I cannot even get into my account to do so . Please help :(

I've been trying to get a new password or even get into my account the whole day and still nothing, and since all my games are there and are not downloaded, if I have to wait until January for the support to help me it will really destroy my holidays :(

If you still have the drive of your old PC with the browser you used for GOG on it, try booting from that. If not, I think you're out of options. Well, you can type your password in notepad to make sure it's not a keyboard/layout error and double check which mail address you used. (if you have more than one mail address)

Unfortunately I do not have my previous computer, as I had to sell it in order to get my new one, and I even copy-pasted the email where the gog emails where directed to and password, so there's no way it's that

1) if you mean internet browser, I'm using Chrome, I suppose the latest version since I downloaded today
2) I had adblocker, but disabled it when reading password guidelines. Still no result
3) I can. In fact, it's been quite a pain in the ass, as if most of my answers are wrong, but still funcioning as usual

Guess that answers that... I'm out of ideas.

There can be a couple different reasons why you cannot log into your account, but we have to investigate it deeper to know for sure. Please wait for a reply from support team and make sure that you replied to our automated message than can contain some additional questions.

I am also having the same problem so I was wondering if there was a way to login to your account using the username and password as opposed to the email and password.

The annoying thing is I found the GOG public profile for my original account by searching for the username but I set all the detailed info the private.

There must be a way of JUST seeing what the email is.

I used the email I had in my main account to post the ticket, thought that way it would be quicker for them to find the mistake or error that was causing this. Should I PM you the ticket support number? I have been waiting since I posted the first message and still no answer, I only got automated emails to which I have replied

I have exactly same issue, when i bought Cyberpunk from Bestbuy it come as downloadable version, so in instructions it navigated me to download go galaxy 2.0 and register the account, i think i used log in with facebook if im not mistaken, so i did and downloaded the game and installed, now after a while i build second PC as a gaming rig so when i try to login on both PCs it says user not found, when i try to log in via facebook it says facebook no longer work with gog.com, On my streaming PC i still have this game downloaded and installed, so i went ahead and created new account, when i trying to scan for games it says no game found, when i add it manually it find it and added to my library, but now when i log on my gaming pc and login to gog.com it sees the game but ask to link executable file, when i trying to download the game again it says that game has been claimed by someone else, THAT SOMEONEELSE IS ME and my original account is non existant anymore for some unknown reason, how do i recover the game?

The account you used to post this message shows as registered this month, with 1 game in your library. Are you positive Cyberpunk 2077 isn't the one game you own?

Your username shows up as GamegsterDad. Try to log in using a web browser, and have a look at your library page there:
https://www.gog.com/en/account

If problems persist, open a support ticket. If you're having issues with the chatbot, repeatedly saying the suggestion wasn't helpful should move on to creating a support ticket. Alternatively, directly sending an e-mail to support (at) gog (dot) com should also work.

I registered new account today in order to access gog forum, the game in my library is the one Gog offering for free to all new registered accounts, ive done everything, tried to log in in browser unsuccessful, in app unsuccessful, tried to scan my drive for games no games found even though Cyberpank is installed on streaming pc and it lunching just fine. i did opened support ticket, i scanned all my emails and only thing i found that i linked gog.com to my microsoft account in December 2020, no other emails. I think problem is that when i opened original account i use sign up with facebook and now facebook and gog.com not working together, it giving error that gog.com app no longer function on facebook and developer is aware of it. im just frustrated, i never had this issue with other platforms
