We would like to inform you that, due to our storage and CDN provider's outage, we are encountering technical issues that may cause difficulties in downloading and updating your games both through the GOG GALAXY client and GOG Store. Already downloaded files are in no way affected.

We are trying to mitigate this external problem by switching to our secondary storage while our provider is restoring data. We would also like to highlight that those issues do not affect purchasing games. Currently available discounts on selected titles will not be extended due to the above.

It is our team's top priority to resolve those issues and we aim to resolve them as fast as possible. Apologies for any inconveniences caused.

Should try their damndest to get the (semi-)automatic offline installer-generation running again BEFORE the launch of Baldur's Gate 3 on Thursday, which undoubtedly is going to receive a bunch of patches and hotfixes in relatively quick succession shortly after.

And true to the "will remain optional" promise in regards to Galaxy I, and probably quite a lot of others expect these updates to be available as patch offline installers in a timely manner.

This is getting ridiculous. Offline installer updates need to be available again asap.
Just mentioning that both dread templar and the grim dawn DLC's seem to still be affected by this as i am unable to download either of them through galaxy. had to use the offline installers to download them.

I have created a separate tracking thread to monitor the offline installers not being updated:
https://www.gog.com/forum/general/tracking_offline_installers_are_at_the_moment_no_longer_being_updated
GOG maybe you should give a update about the offline installers? Old world offline installer is six updates behide Galaxy . WTF

It's not specific to this problem in particular, but I also maintain a list of Galaxy <-> offline installer version discrepancies, refreshed every weekend: https://airtable.com/shrldLsErlUf3eHqS

Needless to say, its entries have more than doubled in the course of last week...

Hey everyone, I have an update regarding the missing offline installers – our Team is currently going through the outdated builds and should have them fully up to date by the end of the week. This backlog of offline installers was caused by our need to put adding and updating them on hold, as we had to wait until all necessary data was restored from backup to our main storage provider after the outage. We’ll let you know once the situation has been resolved. Thank you for your patience regarding this issue.

Thank you for the update.
Please don't forget the offline installer update of The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition. This has been updated on Galaxy long before the CDN outage. I've already reported this to GOG support twice.

I also like to thank you for the update. It would bve great if you - while updating those missing installers - could take a look at the list Wintersnowfall provided here to make sure to get every single outdated offline installers and not just those that were the result of the outage. :)

OMG 160.. and they were already ~80 before the outage?
I recall that in the past GOG messed up the installers content to make their creation automatic from Galaxy.. and they're still so behind? Gosh
Thank you for the list btw

Roughly between 60 and 70, depending on the week. But about 1/4 of those were older (think 2020) discrepancies that for one reason or another never got fixed (and probably never will...), anyway.
