LordCinnamon: For some mysterious reason (or maybe it's not mysterious, but I don't know it) Paradox and GOG aren't a happy couple yet. You'd think it to be a pretty good match..
Gandos: The reason (at least according to Paradox's official claims) is that Steam makes it easier to include multiplayer, achievements and patch updates and that, while they could offer a version without those things, they don't want to sell an "
inferior" version.
Of course, how this applies to their older titles (the games before CKII which have DRM-free versions and are no longer being updated) has yet to be explained....
Especially as Paradox used to own GamerGate which has none of those things! (except where they're acting as a Steam key reseller)
In other news...
Arrg - back to having the classic release on Thu it seems - two...more...DAYS!
And nothing special for April 1st either - GOG much be afraid of antagonising us at the moment, for some reason...
