That's actually a great point and a fantastic idea. If it's on the wishlist I'll vote for it as well.

i don't asked a quick answer ; i only asked an answer ; like thanks, we are looking into it, but i'm aware that gog sometimes losts tickets or some get with low priorities: sometimes i don't even know in whch category i should send a ticket .

gog have the informations themselves , i already sent similar tickets for others titles or problems, and got an answer.

but as i said , some tickets never got any answer.

last point ;, this topic i mention has 9 pages right now , i maintain , i find hard to believe no one at gog didn't notice it....

OK, I apologize then. I was just playing Devil's advocate, and trying to see it from GOG's side, as well. It can't be easy, trying to keep everyone happy.

I certainly hope that is restored. I had conversation history there including things like game keys, and other useful information that I look at form time to time to determine who gifted me something or other useful info. If that's permanently lost I will be rather disappointed without having a way to download a local copy somehow. Hopefully they import the old data into the new system though even if it's offline data for a while.

You can look that up in the order history.

I do for some things I come up with on my own or feel more enthusiastic about, for other stuff like this I may vote for it if it is there already but don't necessarily want to spend 8 hours a day entering things into the wishlist either. :) When I do go look at it, I scroll through other people's items and vote for any that I'd like to see too or which seem like reasonable requests to me even if I'm indifferent about them personally. The wishlist isn't of course a demands-list-with-100%-guarantees-list although some people seem to think it should be, but it does help GOG make decisions so I don't mind using it sometimes. :)
Yeah, that's a great new addition too, but private messages do still contain info that wont show up anywhere else on the website so hopefully they're not bit bucketed. :)

But would it really hurt to post a duplicate of the changelog in the game's forum? That way also people who don't own the game could read about the changes (which may be important to them).

The language drop down menu for the Beyond Good & Evil™ installer now has only one language listed (Spanish). Before the New Account System (NAS), it had six languages (English+Dutch+French+German+Italian+Spanish). The file itself (a multilingual installer) has not changed.
