But Whistleblower itself isn't, according to the vicklemos guide to reason, a DLC :P
It's a complete new experience, much like that Witcher 3 expansion pass............

I see the filename for this update is simply "patch_neverwinter_nights_2_complete_2.0.1.6.exe" while the installers themselves are 2.1.0.6, which would lead me to believe the patch is not needed if one has current installers. It might be better practice to name a patch for the version it converts to rather than from.

I think it is the new version but I think it should be "'from version'_to_'new version'" or maybe just "to_'new version'" regardless of start version even though I believe it already is the new version.
