While we're at it, is it really necessary for "Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition" Mac installers to have English, French, German, Italian, Polish and Spanish installers for the French Extras DLC, all different? Isn't it enough to have just a French installer (like in Linux)? Or just an English installer (like in Windows)?

Same for German Extras, Italian Extras, Polish Extras, Spanish Extras.

Gameplay

[MAJOR] Complete redesign of the special officer availability and selection feature. It's now possible to choose a special officer among unlocked ones if the special officer is ready. Each special officer has a "growth gauge" indicating when they are ready, the gauge advances each time the player goes beyond sector 1 in a run. Losing (or discarding) a run with the selected special officer put the growth gauge back to 0.
[NEW] New auxiliary system: Cinetic converter. Converts damaged received by your battleship into reduced cooldown for your weapons.
[NEW] New auxiliary system: Tactical log Neurosphere. The more total victory you achieve, the more you can sell it.
[NEW] New auxiliary system: Nemesis core. All you units gain the "Exploding" ability (also improve those which already have it)
[NEW] New officer ability: Battlefield auto-Krafter. Spawns "Krafted" units when one of your units dies.
[NEW] New officer ability: Guerilla tactics. Improve patched squadron damage efficiency vs non-patched.
Added the possibility to chase or choose a target when using the waypoint mode (ctrl).
The last boss of chapter 6 has been buffed in hard mode (1 additional hull bar).
Takeshi Sung (the special officer with 4 skills) has been nerfed and his health points reduced from 6 to 4.
Makk and Weezz (Scrapper special officers) had their special ability changed to the 2 new ones that matched much more scrapper flavour/synergies.

Story, events and texts

[NEW] Added 8 new events, including 2 new quest events, focused on risky choices and providing skill choices for underrepresented skills in events.
Added a tutorial to explain the "undocking" feature.

The download links for the DLCs of Order of Battle: World War II are also somehow corrupted. There is a link for the version 8.3.0 (32bit), one for the version 8.3.0 (64bit) and one for the version 7.1.8 (32bit).

Ghost 1.0 has been updated to ver. 1.1.8B3 - so far Galaxy only but offline installer update should arrive shortly.

There's a small story behind those small updates though and there's no actual need to redownload it again.

Some might know that I corrected the German localisation of the game quite a lot and while doing it I noticed that in every language except for the English one the UI in the map screen and the "select game" screen is scrambled a bit. He corrected this and uploaded the game (I guess this must have been ver. 1.18 already).

This version was already perfectly fine but there was one file which was only responsible to add my name to the German version to the opening credits (as second guy responsible for the localisation) and he uploaded an older version of this and could not figure out while it was not showing. I told him that he should just let it be since he already tried so hard to get my name added and I can live without it. However Fran being the nice guy he is, told me today that he compared, compiled and uploaded the file once again just to have my name shown in the credits. I just tested it and yes, everybody who always wanted to see my name in the credits of the German version (which probably will only be myself) is now able to do so. There is no gameplay change at all so decide for yourself if you want to redownload this version :)

Sorry for the confusion this might have caused.

Try clicking on the part 1 files shown in the image below, if you have them. Don't you get a 404?
If you don't see these files, it just means you didn't "buy" the free DLCs. You can only see files you own.

If you don't see these files, it just means you didn't "buy" the free DLCs. You can only see files you own.
Ah yeah I haven't ever activated them before. Is that the only errors you've seen though? Is it just the extras or are you seeing it with the core game and module DLCs as well?

I haven't seen anything myself. I'm just a vessel reporting MaGog's findings. And this time, the failures she has seen are only for the three DLCs listed.

Hello!

Most of you are thinking about Christmas and presents, and we prepared something special for you as well! Just as promised in the Roadmap, we would like to introduce Red Forest Mega Patch! Merry Christmas everyone! ;) Have a look on what you may find in the update below.

Behold, Red Forest is here!

The last weeks were devoted mainly to the new location called “Red Forest”. We’ve been teasing you with screenshots for some time, and now the moment has come! The gates are now open and you can explore the place yourselves. We hope you like it!

Changes in the Base

Feeding system redesigned

We received a lot of feedback regarding the feeding system, that’s why we decided to redesign it completely. Thanks to you we knew what to change so now the system should be more intuitive and transparent. Let us know what you think of it!

Storage changes

Weapon cabinet and Pantry have a visual representation of the objects stored in it. Now you can see your things inside them.

Free Play Mode

As mentioned in our last Weekly Report, we introduced the Free Play Mode which will allow you to choose any location in a selected weather configuration. You will also be able to choose from the missions available in that location, turn random events on or off or even start the game with all available weapons and skills!

Important: After the day ends, the game will automatically return to the main manu, so treat this mode as a test field for you.

Framerate improvements

We kept on working on optimization and we’re consequently moving forward! Players with lower PC specs should notice a significant improvement in framerate. We hope this will make the game more enjoyable for you.

Lots of fixes!

- Fixed problems with water visualisation
- Fixed problem with Sashko accomplishing his task before being assigned to it
- Various fatal errors are now fixed. Thank you for your reports and keep on sending us your logs and saves!
- Fixed problems with item storage in the base.
- Fixed error with weapon upgrade display in other languages than English.
