muntdefems: Notice the '(32-bit)' part in those library entries. The ones listed as patches are probably the 32-bit installers, while the other ones are 64-bit (I'm pretty sure the actual filenames mention which architecture they are for). It's not the first time they do something like this recently.
Due to technical limitations, GOG (for now) can not put 32-bit and 64-bit installers together. They will become:
en1installer0 (1 of 4) 64-bit exe
en1installer1 (2 of 4) 64-bit bin
en1installer2 (3 of 4) 32-bit exe
en1installer3 (4 of 4) 32-bit bin
Users have to download all 4 files and found that they only need 2 of them.
So GOG staff put some installers as "patch".
en1installer0 (1 of 2) 64-bit exe
en1installer1 (2 of 2) 64-bit bin
en1patch0 (1 of 2) 32-bit exe
en1patch1 (2 of 2) 32-bit bin
Now everyone can just download 2 of them.
All major 64-bit OS are (somewhat) compatible with 32-bit programs.
