It's a stacking promo: HM2 has a 0% discount but you get a slightly deeper discount on HM1 when buying both. Whether it's intended to work like that, goodness knows... (By deselecting HM1 you can have different bits of the page declaring your discount as 20% and 0% at the same time.)
