Because last time there was an "up to -80%" announcement with a single 80% discount and the rest being 60% to 75%, people complained. Or at least that's my guess.

They really should hire someone that can set clock right, and know what is AM, what is PM.

Our old friend We are the Dwarves is 88% off again.

However, I guess it was a bug that GOG removed the discount for several days.
Because We are the Dwarves was 88% off at Steam and Humble Bundle during that time span.
