Symphony8: Questions:

1) How many unplayed games do you currently have (GOG + non GOG)?
2) How do you select a new game to play from the above?
3) How many games do you play concurrently?
4) Do you normally play games through to completion before moving on to another game?
1. Too many to play! Most will haunt me at my deathbed. Roughly 90 games.

2. My mood and state of mind dictates what I will play next. Also, my schedule.

3. Two, never more: one game for full, deep investment and a second "lighter" game for when I crave a quickie.

4. Yes, most of the time. Exception: boring gameplay or too many bugs making gameplay impossible.

1: 200ish (maybe more if we count steam, a lot from bundles i'll never play)
2: i usually have 2 going at once a long game and a short game that must be different from each other. So no matter what when i switch the new game must be different from the other game im playing EG: Dishonored 2 and Everspace
3: 2-3 it breaks up the feeling
4: no If i complete a game it is rare and it means it was very good... i'll get a solid 10-50 hours out of a title and then either rush to the end or move on. sometiems i just get lost in the narrative, as an example: have 300 hours in Morrowind and have never beaten it. 300 in No Man's Sky and never moved to a new galaxy.

FunFact: every physical copy of a game i own i have played and beaten multiple times.
1. 392 GOG games, of which at some point I've played around 50% of them. Games in total, no idea but it would be over a thousand.
Okay, I've done a quick estimated breakdown of non GoG games rounded to nice numbers. Steam 2 games!, Xbox One 400 on the hard drive (180 being 360 games), PS4 30 games, Xbox 360 50 games not on XB1 back compatibility, around 100 boxed PC games, another 100 PC discs that don't have boxes, NES Classic- 500 games, SNES Classic 110 games. Plus a huge collection of old classic board wargames from companies like vintage SPI and Avalon Hill (a lot of rare stuff) and around 200 S&T and Wargamer game magazines- most mint with their games intact. I'm sure there's a lot I haven't thought of too.

2. Whatever I feel like after I finish the last game. Usually it's something opposite to what I just played. So if I just finished a huge 100+ hour RPG, I'll usually play a few short action games or something retro to recharge before the next big time sink.

3. One, but I do have several go to games for some relief if a big game gets too long or grindy. My most common mid game break is Forza 6 or other racing games, because you can always get into a driving game quickly without having to relearn anything- you never forget how to drive a car.

4. Pretty much always finish, I'm just naturally tenacious and hate admitting defeat or not finishing things I start.

1. Around 50-ish, probably... maybe :P

2. I've recently been picking out genres/series I've never played. That's how I originally picked up Life is Strange (series), Oxenfree, and Assassin's Creed Rogue (going to be playing more of these). All three were basically part of genres or series I've never really touched and ended up loving all three of them!

3. Two or three at a time, but usually just one of them seriously. The other two or so just pick up and play when bored.

4. I usually try to.
1.) About 500+ games I have Never played or played very little and were as BORING as hell

2.) Whenever I get the DAMN time, Time being EXTREMELY precious (Usually at Night, Because everyone rips my time away from me during the day) I suffer emotionally and psychologically from it (lack of sleep plus being in INTENSE PHYSICAL AGONY doesn't help)

3.) One, Until I get pissed off enough to punch a hole in the screen, wall, door, window pane or kill the bloody developers for making the game way, way, way, way too drawn out and long (FU*K YOU, BETHESDA for making fallout 3 and 4) that feel like your going to be able to finish them both in 999,999,999 AEONS!

4.)Myself being an obsessive compulsive perfectionist I MUST FINISH IT! try doesn't happen it's finished or destroyed, Even if I'm that anally bored with it I feel like KILLING the developer(s) and bombing the entire damn planet to hell.

That's why I wish to hell all these games had demo's so I didn't have to fork out and buy the damn game only to realise I HATE IT!
