I love trinidad peppers with rice and soups, I love extreme hot stuff that makes my ears pop and eye water and mouth burn like a mother Fucker but mind you I eat this on a regular bases and my body got used to it so it's a norm for me now.

my mother has a bit of a hard time eating them but she said they are great even though the burn haha

ps bathrooms are never a fun time after eating them. :(

Black pepper is my vice. I'd put teaspoons of the stuff over everything if weren't for those little built-in grinders weren't that inefficient. Come to think of it, I don't know why I haven't bought myself a proper pepper grinder yet :P
If you enjoy cooking with hot peppers, you can try Scotch bonnets. They are not too hard to find.

They are powerful though and you need to use caution when preparing them. Use sparingly.

They are exquisitely fiery, just make sure you wash your hands thoroughly after prep, you do not want to rub any sensitive areas after preparation or you will burn!

Maxvorstadt: Bhut Jolokia is much better!!!
But Habaneros are okay, too.
Better how?
Classic Tobasco sauce is my favorite condiment.

I mix it with ketchup for my fries, put it on burgers, pizza... just delicious. Extremely tasty without being painful.

Sriracha is #2.
I'm not big on sauces - especially the vinegar bombs like Tabasco - but I love a good chili powder.

I keep repeating that mistake, though I did learn to slice onions BEFORE slicing peppers. Get the tears out of the way before you get the hot stuff on your fingers. Doing it the other way around causes trouble (hilarious trouble, mind you) when you wipe your eyes and nose.

More spicy! :-)
Where's sunshinecorp? Pretty sure he said something about having a bottle of spice so hot, it can literally kill you if eaten directly...
I had no idea there were than many different types of Tabasco, I usually eat the first one. I love green peppar to steak, I'll have to see if I can get my hands on the green one.

Sriracha, Tiger Sauce, Habanero and Jalapeño is what I like, Habanero is a little strong without adding flavour but I have only tried one sauce, might want to try some with less heat.

My favourite sauce is the one that comes with Buffalo Wings, I can not get enough of that one. Anyone knows what spices that sauce has?

Classically its Franks Redhot and butter.
I really like Iguana's Mean Green Jalapeno sauce. It's not at crazy heat levels, but the flavor and spiciness work very well together.
Louisiana hot sauce is a good one. Vinegar based, similar to Tabasco. I always keep some of it on hand.

I'm really wanting to try El Yucateco, which is a Habanero based line of hot sauces. They come highly recommended.
Sriracha also comes in different strengths, the weakest is usable as a replacement for tomato ketchup. I hear the caps are colour coded.
Just cooked pasta with tomato sauce, bean and smoked paprika..

it is just hotter, but habaneros are easier to grow and taste much better
