When i read this :
"In 2007, Guinness World Records certified that the ghost pepper was the world's hottest chili pepper, 400 times hotter than Tabasco sauce. " i was blown away.
We have some sea salt infused with ghost pepper. It's wonderful. Especially enjoy it on roasted beets with a little feta. For the most part, though, I don't get a big thrill out of super hot peppers. Habanero is about as hot as I like, although it depends on the dish the peppers are cooked in.
Someone mentioned Thai spices and I have to agree. I love the green curry. Thai green curry coconut milk chicken... mmmmmmm.
I also agree with the comment on Tabasco being a bit too heavy on the vinegar, but I may have to try the chipotle variation. I love chipotle.
