All easter eggs in "Leisure Suit Larry 7 - Love For Sail". I especially love the way you needed to access some of them using the optional text interpreter.

For example: clicking on Larry in the Ballroom and typing the "dream" command :) Teenager's dream come true :)

Ive always loved on Metal Gear Solid how you could beat Meryl to the bathroom when she changes out of the enemy uniform you get a quick little vid of her in her Army Panties, lol. Looking back on it now, it's still funny. something as small as that gets stuck in your head when playing games. It's the details in these games that makes us all keep coming back. Games make life better. Thank you GOG.com! you guys rock. :)

Game: Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence

What: "Snake: Why don't you make Sam or Gabe do the job?"

Why: Ties together many game universes (MGS, Splinter Cell, Syphon Filter) with an unofficial nod to the competition, which got picked up in "return easter eggs" including one in Ghost Recon Wildlands.

Details: During a very meta dialogue in the mission briefing for the Snake vs. Monkey mission, the protagonist and his commander talk about sneaking games. Snake tells his commander, that he should get another person to do this stealth mission like "Sam" (Samuel Fisher from Splinter Cell) or "Gabe" (Gabriel Logan from Syphon Filter).
Much later during a cut scene in Ghost Recon Wildlands the very same Sam Fisher is sad to hear that the other guy from "army infiltration ... he wore a bandana or something" aka Snake had retired. Since Kojima left Konami and later Syphon Filter games were not commercially successful, neither MGS, nor Syphon Filter are likely to get a sequel. Sam finally realizes that "then it's only me ..." left of the original universes.

TL;DR: Someone put both sequences (and others) in a video on yt.
Fallout (the Original) had many, one was a Doctor Who reference, Star Trek, as well as a Godzilla reference. Fallout 2 has a reference to Monty Python. There was also a Buck Rogers easter egg, Chuck Stodgers.

In Dishonored Death of the Outsider, while robbing the bank the basement contains a set of safety deposit boxes. One of which belongs to Morgan Yu who is the protagonist of Prey. Both games are from Arkane and Bethesda
The year is 2005. A little game called God of War comes out.

I play this game and i love every second of it. I beat it multiple times, but i was never ready for this.

By the end of the game, you can find two big, big statues. You would think they´re there just for aesthetics. But you would be wrong.

It turns out, you can destroy this statues to reveal a secret message. An easter egg. A phone number.

You dial. You don't know what will happen. Will anyone even answer?

There's a moment of silence and expectation. And suddenly, you hear a voice. Kratos is now speaking. You don't know what's going on, but you smile, laugh, and love the experience.

Such an amazing and unexpected moment.

I´m not sure if its secret of easter egg, more like funny detail. In game Destiny 2 in last expansion Witch Queen, devs released several guns which had... funny sign on them. We all know about joke a-salt rifle. Those nerds brought it in truly different shape, because all of those assault rifles got NaCl on them (salt basically).

The most noticeables easter eggs that I have recently found are in The Witcher 3 and World of Warcraft.

In The Witcher 3 you can find Tyrion Lannister (Game of Thrones) dead in a cell in Skellige Islands (or a dwaft that looks exactly like him with the same clothes).

World of Warcraft have a lot of easter eggs. But there are two that are very curious for me. The first one is a hatch located on a small islet in Sholazar Basin in Northrend. On the hatch you can read the same numbers that appeared on the hatch in the TV series "Lost". The second one is located in the Lower City of the neutral Shattrath City. If you play as Alliance, in that city there is a character named Adam Aternum who is clearly He-Man (Masters of the Universe), who is accompanied by Eric Coe, who is the Orko wizard. In addition, you can find his companion Battle Cat.
jazz jack rabbit
In Titan Quest anniversary edition there is a secret passage which can only be opened using a rare randomly dropped quest item from the boss Hades. It contains special powerful enemies that are named after people who worked on the game including an enemy named after the producer that cannot be killed.
Call of duty world at war has a ray gun eater egg from zombies which you can get in the main campaign mission “Little Resistance”(you have to stand in 3 puddles which after about 5-10 seconds, the screen will begin shaking, and weird voices will begin playing (similar to the voice in Shadow of the Colossus), and four lion statues will rise out of the ground with Ray Guns in their mouths), similarly in black ops 1 you can get the thunder gun in “Numbers". To get it you first need to rupture all of the nova gas canisters in the beginning then go to a nearby room to the right. There is a tape cassette player there that you hold the action button on to pick up a tape. Picking it up will cause the screen to shake for a bit. When you reach the weapons cache behind the fridge there will be another cassette player in there. Hold the action button on it to pop the cassette in. After a bit more shaking and a small jingle the thundergun will pop out of the wall for you to pick up.
Powerful guns which can be used to destroy the game(like the RYNO in ratchet and clank), very welcome Easter eggs in cod.

I liked the old games Easter eggs :)
Like original Fallout 1-2. "encounters" Many of reffering:
Star trek "the shuttle",
Monty Python and the Holy Grail 1975 movie. "King Arthur and the rabbit" etc.

Also space quest 1-6:
SQ1: The triple-breasted hooker from Eroticon VI (reference to Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy)
SQ1: The Warbird from Star Trek appears in the intro
SQ2: The kissing alien in Vohaul's asteroid is the alien from Ripley Scott's "Alien".
SQ6:There's an imperial shuttle from Star Wars in the DeepShip's shuttle bay (along with the message: "Remember your parking space, Luke!").
Etc.

So i like this types of e. eggs what no hard to find, and general all can understand with a smile. :)

In Hitman Contracts there's a mission in a hotel in Budapest. One of the rooms is set up as a crime scene, because of a murder that happened there before you arrived. Sometimes wandering the hallways of the hotel you can see a ghost walking through the walls. Creeped me the hell out first time I saw it. My favorite scary moment from a non horror game.

In Beavis and Butthead Virtual Stupidity
There is one in where butthead pulls out an shotgun says “F#@K YOU BEAVIS!” and blows beavis's head off.
