So I'm weening myself off of regular cigs and slowly using an ecigarette more each day. Some might remember I tried this a little less than a year ago, and it failed. This time, I'm using an ecig that uses vegetable glycerin or glycerol (can't remember which) instead of the usual alcohol base, and it seems to be better for me.

It's been close to a week now, and my lungs are already feeling better from less regular smokes. Now before you say it, I'm aware any nicotine is bad nicotine, but I can't quit cold turkey, I've tried so many times before and it's always failed.

First step is not smoking regular cigs at all.
