That was made on an online service called Xtranormal. You made your own animated videos with pre-made characters and sets, and typed in the dialog using text to speech. (There were lots of TTS voices you could choose from) Unfortunately they went out of business last year, however they will be coming back in the future.

The only Marvel movie I was really looking forward to since a long time because it had the potential of being different from the others which is now gone. I really don't like how Marvel does business treating people like assets that can be replaced whenever they don't appear to be obediently following their plans. I am very disappointed with this news.
