I used to be a BIIIG reader, but nowadays I mostly spend my free time working on projects, browsing the internet, watching movies, or playing games :P. I don't read very much anymore. Kind of sad in a way, but you can't do everything, and I prefer to spend my free time pursuing the things I'm passionate about.

I admit I don't read as much as I used to, but in my defense, I can pull myself away from gaming a LOT easier then I can put a book down. It's not that I don't love them, but I know how absorbed I get. Don't remember the book though.

Ha! I loved those books. I'd always take out a stack of them back when I was in middle school, from the library. I'd actually completely forgotten about them. :D

I'm slightly bewildered by the notice that The Escapist put on their forums There's a time and place for being diplomatic, but if they're getting DDoSed by anti-Gamergate script kiddies, why not tell it like it is? I'm sure this would be crucial information for people who are on the fence about the issue.

I'm worried that if it is discovered the GoG has threads about Gamergate that it might be subject to DDoS attacks. It's a terrifically bad idea mind you - it's one thing to silence a subject gamers are interested in, it's quite another to attack the games themselves in a way that prevents us from playing them.

I don't think even the SJW want to wake that dragon - but they haven't exactly rational. Case in point - currently blowing up on twitter are SJW members accusing gamers of supporting child pornography (don't ask me - it's such a ridiculous assertion that I didn't bother to trace how the SJWs came to such a stupid conclusion).
