500+ deals up to 90% off, $3 mystery games, and free games just for shopping.

A jocund flame swallows up the cold, cold streams of outside air. The holidays are coming, and everyone begins to feel a little more generous, a little more kind, and a little bit giddy. We're feeling it too, because this time around, winter came to GOG.com before it was cool.

The Holiday Ninja Squirrel (have you met her yet?) brings a generous surprise for all with $3 Mystery Games from the GOG.com catalog, each worth between $6.99 and $34.99. These games won't be part of the regular sale lineup, and unowned games will be prioritized to minimize repeats. We're starting out with a pool of 50+ games, but we'll be adding more throughout the sale - we'll let you know when that happens.

Almost.
The button doesn't make you buy it, it only places the order in your basket. So you can click it as much as you want.

I know, but it has the effect of making me want to commit to it. I have little defense against such cute. D:

I could not be more happy that the sale came a few days early this year! :D

PayPal, beware! xD
I'm confused... is this the Christmas-sale, or just the precursor?
Anodyne and Airline Tycoon Deluxe :(
Finally Metro Redux! I'm very happy. :))

seaspanky: Why is the GOG Winter sale starting so early this year, and why is it stopping halfway through December?
One word -- Steam.

So does this early sale mean you might have some surprise new releases for us on Christmas?

Maybe fiil those Doom and Fallout shaped holes in our stockings? Hmm?

But she doesn't bring it back when you remove the game from your cart again.
A good a place as any to ask this, but I already own Monkey Island 1 (on CD with a manual and all), is there any point in me getting the Special Edition?
Also, I really never liked Dominic Armato's voice as Guybrush, so the trick where I can play the original game with voice acting wouldn't be useful to me.
Does the music make it worth it? I remember reading somewhere that them live recording it actually broke their iMuse system...

MaxFulvus: A new random lottery ? No, thanks. My bad luck rules in this kind of situation.
Agreed.

It should really be that you CANNOT be given a title you already own. Yes I know it is a "Mystery" but it would be pointless if you had them and you had no one to trade with or they did not have anything you wanted or no one to gift to etc.

Too much if a risk sadly :(

Yes! GOG needs to get the other Fallout games!

And Doom 3 wouldn't be bad either! :P
