Day 6
You guessed it, not a thing
I was going to come in and say nothing but I just now noticed the X games are on sale. But everyone keeps telling me how hard they are, and it looks like #1 sucks, but I but I don't want to get lost skipping #1, and is it an FPS because it looks like Freespace.

Oh right, I should buy Braveland Pirate sometime.
I've finished the other two.
Great games to play while listening to podcasts/watching youtube videos.

From my limited play time with it, I would say that it's no more complicated than Elite Dangerous. Graphically holds up well and I don't think you miss out on too much by skipping the first game.

It's also what, £6 or £7....a paper copy of PC Gamer is that much and that won't last you as long as X.
$9 for all of them. Fuck it. ;P
Day 6 Nothing...meh.

Badges of shame complete....

Maybe I will buy one or two cheep games too.
Well, I must say I finally succumbed to the beast that is GOG's summer sale. In fact, I have purchased more than enough games to last me for the next several months -- perhaps even years. Here are just a few of the goodies I picked up (the deals were just too good to resist!)

D&D Classics Bundle
Unreal Games Bundle
Jade Empire
Secret Agent
Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold
The Last Express
Hotline Miami
Corpse Party

Unless GOG releases something I consider an absolute must buy, I think I'm finally done with this sale. Now, if you'll excuse me, I must rest my aching wallet. I guess it's time I finally get started on that backlog of mine :P
