Is the answer "Congratulations on your migty birthday zeo look forward for another thing", solved by taking the first letter of every bunch, then the second, then the third, and so on, and roughly translates to "Congratulations on your mighty birthday, Puzzlemaster! I look forward to the next puzzling bit of fun you produce!"?

Yes! It indeed is the answer, dear Zeo! Nice! Though if you took every bunch of letters and placed one below the other, like this:

CAOIOAT
OTURLRH
NIRTODE
GOMHOFR
RNIDKOT
ASGAFRH
TOTYOAI
UNYZRNN
LYBEWOG

And then read each column from top to bottom, starting top left corner, it would have been easier. Instead of scrambling, it was about arranging.

I have another one of similar sorts in mind but a bit harder and with much more pleasant outcome. Interested?

Ok then. I will make another code and post it when it is ready. May take some time though, maybe even a day, depending on my work. In the meantime, tell me any one letter from English alphabet and any number from 1 to 9. In chat. Tell me in chat. Not in here.
