Eh? Are you talking about some person calling themself Godzilla or something?
Because there isn't any evidence to support the idea that the movie monster Godzilla is female.
Male pronouns are used to refer to Godzilla in all English language versions of the movies, and he bears the specifically-male epithet "King of the Monsters". Toho (the Japanese company) has had over 60 years to correct this notion if it is mistaken.
Neither Minilla/Minya nor Godzilla Junior are established as biological offspring of Godzilla (see below).
The 1998 American film does not depict a canon Godzilla, its egg-laying feature monster having been officially (and mockingly) renamed Zilla and established as a different monster by Toho.
At best, you could make a case that the creature's gender is somewhat ambiguous and that some of the multiple creatures called Godzilla within the loose continuity of the series might have been female and others male, but there is no evidence to support that speculation.
It's just one of those fan theories that some people want to be true for whatever reason.
Also, this. ;)
---
Son of Godzilla (1967):
Solgell Island (renamed Monster Island in later movies) had likely been a hatching ground for Godzilla's species in ancient times. The island is disturbed by humans planning a weather control experiment. Preparations for their experiment somehow awaken a dormant egg, and the young creature inside begins telepathically calling to others of its kind. Godzilla is summoned to the island by these "brainwaves". The first test of the experiment irradiates the island, mutating the native man-sized insects into giant monsters and presumbly transforming Minilla/Minya from dinosaur to atomic monster. Giant mantises attack and break the egg, but Godzilla saves and adopts the young creature.
Brandon's Cult Movie Reviews: Son of Godzilla
August Ragone, author of Eiji Tsuburaya: Master of Monsters, confirms that Godzilla is male and talks about Son of Godzilla.
---
Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II (1993):
Radiation pollution contaminates Adona Island and awakens a dormant egg preserved from ancient times. Godzilla Junior begins psychically or telepathically calling to others of its kind, attracting Godzilla (as in Son of Godzilla). Blah blah blah, watch the movie.
