We were allowed to use code breakers and make notes? And I stared at the code for three hours straight until I could read it.

Then why do you need any "code breakers"?

Obviously I don´t need them :)
Chapter #2

Go here https://imgur.com/zI2KZkX or read below.

You're a group of animals, abducted by some aliens for some nasty experiences. You need to escape!

*** Information ***
This chapter is a Random/Luck minigame. Check the game board here: https://imgur.com/MzIPC1v

*** The rules ***
- Everybody begins at the start line
- You're safe once arrived at, or passed, the final line
- You will move according to your dice choice: 3x 4-dice, or, 2x 6-dice, or, 1x 10-dice. I will launch the dices for you, here at home. First to finish chapter one, first to play here, and so on.
- An alien prison guard will follow you and capture you if you are on his way (1x 8-dice)
- If you stop at a JAIL square, that's the end for you
- Mystery square (?) can hide many things: teleport, a game... If a game is collected, it will be replaced by another event.
- The first player to finish will get a game
- I will share all roll dice results, try to publish each turn, or at least the final result

*** What you need to do ***
Publish here (and now) your dice choice, if you don't post it in time, it will be 1x 6-dice and you will be catched by the prison guard for sure.
3x 4-dice.
3x 4 dice please.
Hamsters are small but fast, so I'll go with 3d4 (that is, 3x 4-dice)

edit: Heh, groupthink at work. I wonder how good the mysteries are, if hitting as many of them as possible would balance out. Particularly the first mystery at B1 looks intriguing! But only a 10% chance to hit that with the 1d10, and none with the other options. Plus, I never wanted to meet Snookums, and similarly I don't want to meet my alien prison guard either!

second edit: Actually: I was assuming that choosing "3x 4-dice" means we're moving 3-12 squares per turn in one go, but I realize it probably means we're moving 1-4 squares 3 times per turn. With the latter, the choice between 2d6 and 3d4 becomes a lot less obvious, as the chance of jail increases quite a bit with 3d4... Still, I'll stick with my choice as the better thematic fit. Plus, that way I have the highest chance of seeing what B1 holds! :)

Lone_Scout: The Wolf moves with 2x6-dice
The hamster tosses the wolf a book about the benefits of not eating small furry animals. :D
3x 4-dice for me, please.

I assumed it's one move withe the total.

gogtrial34987: as the better thematic fit
That's actually a good point.

Donkeys are slow but steady. I change to 1d10 if changing is allowed and you're all pussies for choosing 3d4.

I thought we only had to choose an animal. I was avoiding reading the thread to not get the answer to the first riddle spoiled for me. I almost missed this.

How quick does each turn need to be? If you roll a 1-6 for us we are out of the game for sure?
