Honestly, I'd prefer this. There's FAR more mods for the Legendary Edition. The LE runs better for me, even with ENBs and visual mods. I really dislike the lighting "enhancements" of the Special Edition. Finally, I'd rather have the version without CC interwoven into it come here, as having SE with CC would just tempt GOG to sellout even further.

I'd need the Legendary Edition (classic) because that thing would go to a WinXP computer. Then I'd still need the script extender, I have no idea if the current one would work with a different version of the game.
While I wait to see how it all will go, I'm preparing for no more Skyrim while playing some mods for one more time since Steam will drop XP and my offline mode installation can of course break at any time.
