Maybe. But the OP here was (sort of) accused of 'hate speech' by the moderator. Moderators obviously cant (legally) say whatever they want to people.

I am not so sure about this. It may depend on how GOG advertises itself. Due to consumer protection laws they need to deliver on what they promise. So if they promise 'community' they are probably not allowed to arbitrarily delete posts. And hiding 'we will delete posts if we dont like them' in the small print doesnt count for much in EU.

Obviously not. If (for example) they sexually harass you they will be criminally liable for that.

Strategically speaking, that ban was probably not that smart. To OP, that only validates his point, if it's correct or not doesn't even matter.

I don't get the blurting out of SJW in that context though, you presented nothing but claims based on your gut feeling.

The scary thing is that that way of thinking among the ruling class isn't even hyperbolic, you just trimmed away the crusts.

Regarding free speech, I will stick around as long as I can express myself in a way I don't have to compromise more than necessary. If I feel like I can't do that anymore and the bar gets lowered, I will just stop using the forum. So far I fail to see the issue, just steer clear of politics.

I had to google 'SJW' ... social justice warrior, if someone called me a SJW i would feel complimented!! But apparently it is a 'pejorative' term...

i had to google the meaning of 'pejorative' as well! .... its a negative connotation, but yea, not hate speech.

I am not even going to bother looking up the meaning of CDPR..... IDIOTIC abbreviations are getting out of control these days, if you dont want to speak proper English then i really cannot be bothered with you.
