Dreaganos: Yeah i know that when looking at cases and none of these new "gamer" things seems to fit.
But then i seem to have found the right brand for me, beQuiet!
Not to fancy looking and no buttons on top.
This one seems to cover most of your points.
https://www.bequiet.com/en/case/921 That case is looking pretty good, I will need to look it over. I forgot about that company I will need to look in to their offerings.
Randalator: Just curious, why don't you want bottom vents?
I am concerned about dust. I also want to maintain front to back air flow. A vent for the PSU is fine.

drmike: Worried about liquids or dust on the floor getting in probably.
Just to throw this out, FreedomWings you don;t mention where you've been looking. Do you have "ma and pa" computer stores near you? For the longest time, that's where I got most of my parts until I found a server builder for our hardware.
Just a suggestion.
I am looking to buy online from Newegg or a local Bestbuy most likely.
I found that I can convert a 5.25 inch to 3.5 inch exposed bay with this:

My dad told me to look at this one. And remove the door to always have access to by exposed drives.
