I'm searching for an old game in which all I remember is you had people you sent in houses and it shook the house and I guess the more men you had the better, all this was in a village or something, there were numbers over the houses which probably told the player how much people were in so you need to send more of your men to defeat the house. It's really far in my memory but it was about the same time as the Blitzkrieg game came out in 2003. If you could remember, I would really appreciate it. I don't even know why it stuck to my mind but it's been years since I try to find that game.

I will offer the game for free to the first person that tells me the right name as gratitude for helping me.

Thanks in advance

Stéphane

Out of curiosity: how will you "offer the game for free" if you don't even know (for now) which game it is and whether it's still available for purchase anywhere?

Well, for now, I don't know the name but once I know it will be easy. When we want there are ways to do whatever. On Steam I have over 3600 games so I often get games that I already have which I often give away and I still have a bank of games to offer. On Gog, it's easy to offer games to friends so the person can become a friend and I can do it there, on Steam it's keys so it's easy as well. I mean I don't think it will be a problem here or any other service.
That sounds a bit like the Baldies.

Yes, it does but the one I want is in 3D. Thanks anyway.
From the game, you talked about I saw Pikmin 3 which resembles it as well but again not in 3D.
I'm starting to be obsessed to find it hehe
And if it can help the game was on PC, not Xbox or Playstation.

Sadly it's still in 2D. The one I'm trying to find is in 3D like when you walk in Doom or Quake.
But thank you a lot anyway. Means a lot to me that some of you take the time to answer my demand.

Could be Overlord, although I don't remember any houses shaking.
Just you know, off chance here, did you maybe play a Playstation or other port that perhaps gave the graphics of the game you're thinking of a 3D "upgrade"?

I know with certainty it's not Overlord which I already have. But thanks anyway!

I don't exclude anything at this point, I want to find the game. I was part of the Warez scene then, and we received games from everywhere. So it's hard for me to pinpoint where it came from.

Blitzkrieg game came out in 2003 so the game I'm searching for is either a 2003 game or prior not later unless it was a beta game and again it's hard to say.

I'm probably remembering wrong, but i think The Guild series may have had this. It's been years, so it's just a vague guess...

I had trouble finding some images on Youtube so I went on the Steam platform and of course, I had The guild 2, the guild 2 pirates, the guild 2 renaissance, and the guild 3 but not The guild 1 so I bought it, checked it and no it wasn't it. But it was nice trying a new game. Nice try. But that wasn't it. Thanks.
Vague guess, but age of mythology or age of empires 2?

Those are classics that I own already. It's not those. But thanks anyway.

As in, you play the game (or part thereof) from your character's visual perspective ("first-person perspective")? Or can you see the character you're controlling? If the latter, does the game "camera" follow your character from behind? Or is there some other viewpoint, like from the side, or straight above?
