That didn't take long at all. Thanks for letting us know.

Also FLAC link now works correctly. Disregard my earlier workaround.

XSEED & Falcom need to take the hint that i'm not touching Trails in the Sky SC & 3rd at any discount that's less than 50% given the age of the pc port of those games.
Oh, another NIS game. R$ 119,99 on the other store, R$ 216,69 here. Ys IX is worse: almost 3x more expensive here.

Thanks, but no thanks.

You should have opened an account using a VPN.
Feels like I've been waiting years for this - for a long time, it didn't look like this game would actually get an official English release.

Can't wait to finally dive in.

knightoforder: Reminder that NISA hates GOG and people that are not from USA/Canada so they removed regional pricing from all their games, if you're not from USA/Canada you will find the games for a much cheaper price on any other storefront that sells them
They may have removed regional pricing that would favour the consumer, but they're happy to charge me a couple of dollars more for living in the UK even though our currency is in the toilet right now.

GOG, you've got to get your shit together! They need to be matching their competitor's prices region by region otherwise it's like laughing in people's faces. I know that it's NIS who is ultimately deciding this, but GOG has got to fight them on it.

It doesn't matter if you use a VPN or not, the problem is there's no regional pricing at all. In Mexico the game costs $450 pesos ($22.5~ USD) in other storefronts while here it's $800 pesos ($40 USD), it's baffling how much NISA hates GOG and/or people outside US/Canada

1 £ is 11.57 in norwegian kr
so almost 12 Nok for 1 £
1 USD is 10.83 Nok, so almost 11 Nok for 1 $

For fun
i did some math with the numbers somone else provided
216$ is 2338.63 Nok if this is in USD
to be sure i also included British pound
216 is 2499.85 Nok
40 usd is 433.08 Kr
40 GBP is 463 Kr
But the price that shows up for me in store is 407.20 kr
so your claim about gog or nisa not caring about custommers from other regions other than US or Canada is not correct
otherwise the price that shows up for me woudnt be 407.20 kr

For pesos the cases is another matter thogh
i dont think pesos have a wery god exchange rate now
800 mexican pesos shows up as 424.36 nok for me

i obviously woud not be able to afford many games if the price was over 2 k Nok for each game

If they did that, then people would use a VPN from your country to get a cheaper price. Not their problem if you country's currency exchange rate sucks. Gaming is an expensive (and non-essential), get use to it.

The problem is the fact that the game is way more expensive only on GOG.

So you didn't even comprehend what i wrote? NISA games have regional pricing everywhere else, GOG is the only storefront where that is not the case, do you understand what i said?

Reminder that plenty of regions tend to get HIGHER regional prices. So when you complain about that, specify that you're referring strictly to the lack of regional discounts, not to regional pricing in general. For plenty of places, including some that are not wealthy, the PRESENCE of regional pricing is the problem that shows they're hated.
Plus, of course, the fact that GOG's second clearly stated, specific pillar, was the lack of regional pricing, back when they still stood for something.

Ya they should have just absorbed all the lost revenue until they went out of business.
Hooray! :)

Say what you want about NISA, but at least they made the Western release of this happen. That wouldn't have been the case with XSeed.
