gamesfreak64: ah like that :D i get it , well then it is obvious i won't take a risk unless it reads win7 , since demos are pretty rare , now and then a few have a demo, demo's are a must imho, playing a demo tells more about the game then a few videos , it also shows if and how well it runs, provided it is a beta demo and not a alpha.
GameRager: Or even wait till a Win7 player or two tests it out? That could also work. :)
gamesfreak64: Anyway, soon win7 games wont be developed anylonger , which is logical ,the only positive is saving lots of money i normally spend on buying games, GG ( gamersgate) still has no paysafe support , it was removed a while ago and would likely return so far nothing, so i already save much euros at GG, Steam will soon be having less win7 games aswell, which will also save me a huge amount of cash spending there.
GameRager: Doesn't GG take gift cards(visa/mc/etc)?
GG takes almost anything i guess, but i can only use paysafe , but its okay i guess , afterall i have already more games then i be able to finish , and this way GG kinda prevents me from buying more games so in a way i am okay with the fact paysafe isnt likely to be supported again.
I noticed a new game coming and i cant find win7 , so now it seems this panzer 2 game only supports win 8 and up ( i made a printscreen for my collection of games that wont support win7).
I assume starting this year many new releases wont support win7, and in a way i am also okay with that, many devs/publishers on Steam will follow soon, is also okay.... i'll be saving lots of money .
Anyway it looks like the amount spend at Steam since i first joined ,would have bought me 1 nice i7-9700K system with a average GPU to start with ( 100-200 dollar pricetag) which is very nice. ( or 2 good i5 systems)
GG : at least also good for a nice big i3 system .....
As for my retail casualgames a nice starter i3 system ...
